SLAVKO ŠTEPEC
Mr Štepec graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana. After graduation, he passed the bar exam and continued his education in commercial law in Brdo pri Kranju and at Cleveland State University, Ohio, USA. In addition to his experience in business, he has more than 20 years of experience working as an attorney, primarily in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate law and commercial law.
In addition to Slovene, he also speaks English, Croatian and Serbian.
Mr Štepec is a lecturer on the sale and purchase of companies at the Finance Business Academy, and the author of several articles in the aforementioned area.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Slovenia and the Association of Mediators of Slovenia.CONTACT
